The Catalans were humbled by a considerably less talented AC Milan team in midweek and assistant coach Jordi Roura will expect a much better performance on Saturday.

However, he may rest some key players ahead of the back-to-back meetings with Real Madrid next week.

The Blaugrana's league form, though, has been phenomenal and they currently sit a seemingly unassailable 13 points ahead of Atletico Madrid in second-place and should build on that against Sevilla.

Xavi returned against Milan and should keep his place alongside Andres Iniesta in midfield. while David Villa could also return after recovering from illness.

Adriano is a doubt for the clash with a hamstring problem but Eric Abidal has been declared fit for the first time since undergoing a Liver transplant last April.

Meanwhile, Sevillistas boss Unai Emery will hope his team can build on their 3-1 win over Deportivo La Caruna by putting in a good performance against the league leaders.

The Andalusians currently sit in 10th place on 32 points can move into the top 10 on the the Spanish Primera log with a win.

They will, however, have to do it without Andres Palop, Cicinho, Diego Perotti and Piotr Trochowski who will all miss the clash through injury, as well as Emir Spahic, who is suspended.
