A document published in a Spanish newspaper, which is being used as evidence in the Operation Puerto case, suggests the Rossoneri worked with Fuentes in 2005, a claim the Italian giants vehemently refute.
Dr Fuentes is at the centre of the doping scandal, and he recently admitted to working with footballers as well as athletes and cyclists. He has yet to mention the names of any sportsmen/women involved.
The club statement reads: "AC Milan have never had direct or indirect contact of any nature with Dr Eufemiano Fuentes.
"Any references to the activities of doctor Fuentes in relation to Milan are the result of false interpretations or a mistake.
"Milan reserve the right to take legal action against anyone who claims, suggests or insinuates something contradictory."
