The Netherlands international has been strongly linked with a switch to the Premier League in recent months, although a move to one of the clubs in the upper echelons of the division was thought to be more likely.
However, QPR boss Redknapp, whose side currently sit rock-bottom of the standings - despite their 1-0 win over Chelsea this week - says an unnamed representative of the midfielder has offered him the playmaker's services.
Redknapp told The Sun: "I was asked by one agent if I wanted to sign Sneijder. Of course I do. However, he's on about £200,000 a week and now he wants to join QPR?
"I won't name the agent, but let's just say I think a deal is unlikely."
