The Nerazzurri broke the Old Lady's 49-game unbeaten Serie A run with a come-from-behind 3-1 triumph in Turin at the weekend.
Victory for Andrea Stramaccioni's side has left them just a point behind Juve in the standings.
Zanetti has since revealed that thoughts of Scudetto glory have crossed his mind of late.
"We believe in the title because there is the belief (we can) do good things. But it's early - anything can happen yet," Zanettti told Sky Italia.
"I'm really happy. Juventus were unbeaten and winning in their stadium. It's not a thing to be undervalued."
Meanwhile, he has praised the efforts of Stramaccioni since taking charge at the San Siro and turning their fortunes around.
The veteran full-back added: "The coach Stramaccioni put himself at the group's disposal with big humility and now they are doing a really big job."
