Brazilian club Gremio have confirmed that Arsenal defender Andre Santos will officially complete his loan move to South America on Monday.

The 29-year-old has struggled to cement his place in the Gunners first team following his £6.8million move from Fenerbahce in August 2011, while the January arrival of full-back Nacho Monreal has further derailed his hopes in north London.
However, the former Corinthians left-back is now set for a move back to his home country, and will be unveiled as a Gremio player this week following a medical at the club.
"I came to be a champion with the club," Santos told Gremio's official website.
The Brazil international did, however, manage to make some friends during his time at the Emirates Stadium, with Arsenal striker Lukas Podolski posting on Twitter: "@Andre-santos27 We will miss you man, I wish u all the very best #Gunner God bless you".
