Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini rued his side's wastefulness following Tuesday night's draw with Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road.

Struggling QPR held City to a goalless stalemate, with goalkeeper Julio Cesar denying the Citizens multiple chances to place early pressure on Manchester United ahead of Wednesday's clash with Southampton.
Mancini refused to get too dejected by the result, but admitted the Premier League champions lacked a cutting edge against the Hoops.
"We lost two points, this is sure," the Italian said. "But the season is long and I think I can say nothing because we played well, we had the chances but didn't score - that is all it is."
Mancini also praised the R's battling qualities, and feels Harry Redknapp's men can survive the drop if they can repeat Tuesday's performance on a regular basis.
"I think that if they continue to play like they did tonight and defend like they did tonight, they will have a chance," he said. "If Julio plays every game like he did tonight then they have a chance."
City next welcome Liverpool to Eastlands on Sunday, and are likely to be without Mario Balotelli as the striker finalises his move to AC Milan.
