Everton manager David Moyes said he was frustrated with his side's lack of a killer instinct against Southampton, but admitted a draw was probably a fair result.

The Toffees came up against a Saints side led by new manager Mauricio Pochettino for the first time on Monday, although neither side were able to find the breakthrough as the St Mary's clash finished goalless.
Moyes felt the Merseysiders had enough opportunities to find the back of the net, but in the end was happy to accept a point, while also giving former Southampton boss Nigel Adkins, who was sacked last week, credit for the work he did with the side.
"After the way we played in the first half, I was frustrated," he said
"In the second half, we got good opportunities but we couldn't nick a goal.
"We didn't play well and Southampton have been playing well. I've been to see them a couple of times and they continued that form, particularly in the first half.
"I've got to say I thought their team did really well. I give Nigel (Adkins) a lot of credit. I saw his team play at Chelsea and they were excellent.
"Now there's a new manager (Mauricio Pochettino) taking over the reins and they've played well."
The result left Everton fifth in the standings, three points behind fourth-placed Tottenham, while Southampton remain 15th, just four points above the relegation zone.
