The 23-year-old is believed to be keen for a move away from Ukraine Premier League outfit Dnipro, with English giants Chelsea and Liverpool both thought to be monitoring his situation.

West Brom have also been tipped as potential suitors of the full-back, and his representative, Christian Emile, has confirmed Inkoom is ready for a new challenge in one of Europe's biggest leagues.

"Samuel is definitely not happy with his situation in Dnipro, which is not acceptable for a player of his calibre," Emile told Sky Sports.

"We are talking about a very talented young player who has already represented Ghana over 30 times.

"It is clear that the only solution for Samuel now is to move to a European club where he will play an important role and achieve success."

A potential deal for Inkoom will not be hampered by the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations as the defender was one of the missing names from Ghana's 23-man squad heading to South Africa later this month.
