Redknapp's side has been doing well of late, going on a four-match unbeaten run prior to the weekend's defeat to Newcastle.

Their good form, and first league win against Fulham, has lifted the Hoops off the foot of the table and into 19th place, but only have a one-goal buffer between themselves and rock-bottom Reading.

Jose Bosingwa is fit to play, but it is unlikely he will make an appearance after falling out with the west London club when he refused to be on the substitutes bench.

Bobby Zamora (thigh) and Andy Johnson (thigh) are joined in the treatment room by Park Ji-Sung, who is suffering from a knee injury.

Albion, on the other hand, have been the surprise package in the league this term, placing as high as third before a dip in form saw them drop to seventh on the table.

Ben Foster is set to continue in goal after starting against Norwich on Saturday, while Goran Popov is also likely to keep his spot at left-back.

Youssuf Mulumbu returns from suspension and is available for the trip to Loftus Road. Liam Ridgwell and Craig Dawson are still doubtful for the match.

Steven Reid (shin) and Claudio Yacob (hamstring) will not be ready for selection on Wednesday.
