The Gunners were booed off the field at the Emirates Stadium after slumping to a 2-0 defeat against Swansea on Saturday to drop to 10th in the standings after 15 matches.
Wenger admits these are troubling times for the Arsenal, and while he says he will make a decision on his future at the end of the season, he is hoping all involved in the club can pulled together and show their collective strength.
Asked whether he was considering relinquishing the managerial reins, the Frenchman said: "Not at all. You make your assessment at the end of the season.
"I know we've got unrest everywhere. It's a good opportunity to stick together and show we're a strong club."
When quizzed whether he is struggling to come to terms with his side's lowly position, he added: "Of course. But I'm not as worried about the places. We need to get the quality of our game back."
Speaking about the chorus of boos at the weekend, he said: "I can understand that. The quality of our game wasn't there. But I'm in this job to turn it round and I'm confident we will."
