Dutch magazine Sport1 claim the north Londoners will be making a £5million offer for the Ajax Amsterdam shot stopper in a contract set to last until 2015.
The Dutch champions are thought to be interested in selling, which would be good news for Gunners boss Arsene Wenger, who is keen on strengthening his options between the sticks.
He has also reportedly shown interest in Brazilian midfielder Fagner, whose making waves in the Bundesliga and attracting the attention of some of Europe's biggest clubs.
