Brendan Rodgers has hinted that Liverpool's situation could get worse before it gets better as he continues his process of rebuilding.

The Reds have fallen from grace somewhat, having recorded their worst-ever finish in the Premier League last season and find themselves in 13th position this term, 14 points off the pace.
However, Rodgers is aware that it takes time to implement a new philosophy, and has called for the club's fans to show patience as he attempts to do so.
"There are certainly no regrets about coming here," de declared.
"It was always going to be a massive job. I signed a three-year deal but that process of rebuilding will go beyond that. Hopefully I can be here to do that.
"There is no quick fix here. We have to balance the finances and that is what we are doing. There will be a bit of pain on the way."
