The Hammers last tasted victory at their rivals' home ground in September 2002, and have lost six of their last seven matches away to the Blues.

The last time the teams met in the league, Sam Allardyce's men pulled off a surprising 3-1 victory at Upton Park, and a win on Sunday will secure a league double over their cross-town rivals.

The Iron have managed to put some breathing room between themselves and the relegation zone with a 1-0 win over Stoke last-time out, and they are now nine points clear of danger.

Chelsea, meanwhile, occupy the final Champions League place and are two points behind Tottenham in third, but they do have a game in hand on Spurs.

With the title out of reach for the Blues, securing a top-four finish will be the top priority as the season heads into its final few months.

Mark Noble could feature after recovering from an arm injury that forced him to miss the victory at Stoke last time out.

Captain Kevin Nolan is a doubt after injuring his foot in the match with Tottenham on February 25, but James Tomkins has recovered from a virus and is back in contention.
