The Rossoneri have undergone a mid-season revival since the arrival of Mario Balotelli in the January transfer window, surging to within two points of the Champions League places after a dour start to their Serie A campaign.

Although Galliani admits the title is out of the San Siro club's reach this term, with Juve boasting a healthy 13 point gap between the two clubs, he believes they can still reasonably aim for second place come season's end in May.

Speaking to Rai Sport, the Milan supremo said: "Will Juve win Serie A? Absolutely. That's what I think.

"But after the two matches of Napoli and our next match, we could think about the second place. Now it's too early to talk about it, however."

The 68-year-old also reflected on Sunday's 1-1 Derby della Madonnina draw with Inter Milan, claiming the Nerazzurri had goalkeeper Samir Handanovic to thank for picking up a point in the San Siro.

"I'm not disappointed with the draw because in the first-half, we have scored three or four," he continued. "But on our way we found out what a strong goalkeeper Handanovic is."
