The Gunners saw off a plucky Aston Villa side at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday to cut Spurs' lead in fourth down to a single point, with Andre Villas-Boas' side to play London rivals West Ham on Monday evening.
Arsene Wenger's men follow up the White Hart Lane encounter with the visit of fellow top-four hopefuls Everton, before travelling to Germany in a bid to overturn a 3-1 Champions League first-leg deficit against Bayern Munich.
The north London outfit also saw their FA Cup adventure come to a screeching halt against Blackburn in the fifth round two Saturdays ago, but Wilshere is confident the side still have the chance of salvaging their campaign.
He told The Sun: "Our season is definitely not over. We've got a big chance against Tottenham. We've got another big game at Bayern. It will be tough but if we show no fear, anything can happen."
Looking back on this weekend's 2-1 win over Villa, Wilshere admitted the result was exactly what the side needed, given their European melt-down at home against the Bavarians.
"It was a massive win, especially after the midweek disappointment," he added. "We take the pressure. I think the manager takes it as well. He stands up for us the whole time. But we as players have to take the pressure on and relieve the pressure like we did on Saturday."
