The 17-year old spent a week with the Premier League side where he trained with the first team as well as with the reserves.
At such a tender age, the Domzale stopper knows he still has a lot to accomplish before he can realise his aims, but intends to return to the United Kingdom in the not-too-distant future.
He told Slovenian newspaper Ekipa: "I was there one week and firstly I trained with the first team. When Michael Laudrup began with preparations for the Chelsea clash I moved into the reserve team so I had quite busy days.
"For now I know what is my reality and the Slovenian league is a good start for young players like me. We are working quite good here.
"But what I saw motivates me even more and since I was a young lad I dreamed about playing in England. Maybe my dreams will one day become true if I will work hard enough."
Zabret has already made 14 appearances for his Slovenian side who finished in seventh in their 2011/2012 Slovenian PrvaLiga campaign.
