The Mexico striker found the back of the net twice on Saturday to seal a 4-1 victory over Fulham in the FA Cup fourth round, setting up a meeting with Reading in the last-16.
With upcoming games against Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League knockout stages set to resume in February, and a five-point lead at the top of the Premier League table, Hernandez believes this could be the year for United to repeat their famous treble feat.
"It's very pleasing. The most important thing for me right now is to win the treble. We have that chance," he said. "We're very happy, we're very pleased because we scored four goals and we got through in the FA Cup.
"All the people should know we want to win this one, the Champions League and the league. I want to win all three. I want to win the treble. That's on our minds."
Red Devils midfielder Anderson echoed his team-mate's sentiments, while also reserving special praise for United stalwart Ryan Giggs, himself a major cog in the club's first treble-winning side.
"Ryan Giggs is the best player at the club," the Brazilian said. "He has been here for 20 years and he wants to win another FA Cup. Every competition is important for Manchester United.
"Can we win all three? Of course, we have unbelievable players and the gaffer could play two or three teams."
