The Red Devils have been in a good vein of form in the Premier League of late, despite their 1-1 draw against Tottenham last week, losing a 1-0 lead in injury time.

Sir Alex Ferguson's men are, however, unbeaten in their last 10 matches in all competitions and have not lost to Fulham at home in 10 years.

Darren Fletcher has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after undergoing bowel surgery. Johnny Evans (hamstring) and Ashley Young (knee) will not be available either.

Phil Jones and Chris Smalling might return to the line-up to give Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic a rest, while Danny Welbeck, Javier Hernandez and Shinji Kagawa could come into the attack.

Ferguson might also use the match to give David De Gea a break from first-team action, after the Spanish goalkeeper's extended run of games.

Martin Jol's side, meanwhile, have found wins hard to come by in recent weeks. The Cottagers have only managed three victories in their last 10 in all competitions.

The Londoners sealed progression to this round of the competition by dramatically beating Blackpool in their third round replay in extra-time.

Simon Davies is still out with a neck injury, with Kerim Frei also missing, while Mahamadou Diarra is only expected back in a week's time.

Ashkan Dejagah, Medlan Petric and Hugo Rodallega are all in contention for the trip to Manchester, while Kieran Richardson is expected to continue in place of John Arne Riise.
