The FA Cup represents the Gunners' best chance to end their seven-year trophy drought and Arsene Wenger will more than likely name a very strong side when they travel to the seasiders.

After a Jack Wilshere inspired win over Swansea in the third round, Wenger will be confident that his team will have too much firepower for the Seagulls on Saturday.

The Frenchman, though will have a number of injury concerns ahead of the clash, with Thomas Vermalen the most recent casualty for the north London club after he limped of with an ankle problem during their 5-1 drubbing of West Ham in midweek.

The defender joins long term casualties Tomas Rosicky (Calf) and Mikel Arteta (Calf) as well as the more recently injured Francis Coquelin (hamstring) on the sidelines.

However, Abou Diaby may make the match day squad if he manages to overcome the illness that kept him out of the visit of the Hammers.

Meanwhile, Brighton will be buoyed by their shock 2-0 win over Newcastle in the last round and will look to repeat that upset when another Premier League side comes to town.

The Seagulls will look to the top-flight experience of former Manchester United goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak and defender Wayne Bridge, who is on loan from Manchester City, to guide them to an unlikely victory.

Manager Gus Poyet will have virtually a full strength side to choose and recently welcomed fullback Bruno back from injury, although he will likely not be rushed into action and this game may be one to soon for the Spanaird.

Expect top scorer Craig Mackail-Smith to lead the line for the Albion, with Will Buckley and Ashley Barnes offering support from wide positions.
