Tunisia forward Issam Jemma has been ruled out for the rest of the Africa Cup of Nations tournament following a knee injury he sustained in the 1-0 win over Algeria.

A Tunisian official spokesperson confirmed that the SC Kuwait man will play no further part in the North African's attempt to win their first Africa Cup of Nation's since 2004.

Tunisia sit atop of group D equal on points with the Ivory Coast and will play the Elephants in their next match on 26 January, albeit without their star striker leading the line.
