The home side was poor in the first half and trailed 1-0 at half time, after West Brom scored the opener in the 19th minute through Romelu Lukaku, who played a one-two with James Morrison, who then picked out the big Belgian in the six-yard box and he made no mistake putting it in the back of the net.

The away side continued their domination in the second half, with Lukaku hitting the woodwork twice, first heading against the post from five yards, before then firing a shot off the crossbar.

The hitman wasn't to be denied, though, as he doubled both his and his side's total, when he fired past Adam Federici from outside the area after 68 minutes.

Reading, who had rarely threatened going into the last ten minutes, pulled one back with eight minutes to go, when Jimmy Kebe headed in after Adam Le Fondre flicked on a Garath McCleary cross.

The Royals then equalised with two minutes remaining, after Kebe was brought down in the area by Olsson and Le Fondre sent Foster the wrong way from the spot.

Reading then won it a minute later when Pavel Pogrebnyak fired home from six yards to earn Brian McDermott's side only their third victory of the season.
