Morocco want QPR midfielder Adel Taarabt to apologise to coach Rachid Taoussi for his disrespectful text messages that followed his omission fro the atlas Lions squad for the Africa Cup of Nations.

Taarabt was dropped fro the side for his failure to meet with Taoussi prior to him having announced his final 23-man squad.
He has previously been left out by Morocco when Taoussi first took charge when he was given the task of rescuing Morocco's AFCON qualifying campaign.
"The Moroccan federation and its staff, the federal bureau seeks a written apology from the player," said a statement by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation.
It is not the first time Taarabt has left his country in the lurch, with the temperamental midfielder having walked out on the Morocco side in 2011 after being benched by coach Eric Gerets.
