Manchester United have received a timely boost ahead of their clash with bitter rivals Liverpool on Sunday after Sir Alex Ferguson confirmed that both Nani and Anderson will return to the squad.

United have missed the midfield duo who have both endured a spell on the sidelines with hamstring injuries.
Nani has been out since early November after he pulled up in United's UEFA Champions League tie with Braga, while Anderson sustained his injury in the win over Reading on December 1.
"Nani is back training and Anderson has been back for 10 days. They will be in the squad," said Ferguson.
Wayne Rooney, though, is still struggling with a knee problem and will miss the visit of the Reds, although he may return in midweek against the Hammers.
"He is not far away and should be available for the FA Cup replay with West Ham on Wednesday."
