Bantams: Players celebrate giant killing

Aston Villa travel to the Coral Windows stadium to face giant-killers Bradford City, as both sides will look to take a healthy lead into the second leg of the Capital One Cup semi-final.

Bradford will be hoping to take another big scalp when the Villans come to town on Tuesday evening, having already kicked Arsenal out of the competition.

The Bantams have been on a poor run of form, winning just one match in their last six fixtures since beating the Gunners, losing 2-0 in their last outing against Barnet.

Phil Parkinson has little by way of injury concerns, although Andrew Davies (knee), Luke Oliver (Achilles) and Garry Thompson (knee) are all set to miss out on the visit from Villa.

Paul Lambert's side may have had a relatively easy run in the cup, but did have an impressive win in the third round over Manchester City.

The Villans form has been up and down in the Premier League this season and their 3-1 win at Anfield was followed by three losses and a draw - conceding 17 goals in the process - before they finally won in this weekend's FA Cup win against Ipswich Town.

Marc Albrighton picked up a foot injury in the win on Saturday, while Richard Dunne (groin), Stiliyan Petrov (leukaemia), Ron Vlaar (calf), Nathan Baker (hamstring) and Gary Gardner (knee) will all miss out on the trip to West Yorkshire.

Darren Bent, Gabriel Agbonlahor and Charles N'Zogbia all returned from their respective injuries for the FA Cup Third Round tie on the weekend and will be in line to make an appearance against the Bantams.
