QPR were the shock victors in the clash at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday, giving Harry Redknapp's side a timely boost of confidence.

Rangers remain rooted to the foot of the Premier League table with 13 points from 21 games, managing just two wins in their last five fixtures, and three overall for the season.

Redknapp will be tempted to stick with the side that beat the Blues, with Shaun Wright-Phillips in line to start as he comes in for the injured Junior Hoilett.

While Bobby Zamora and Andy Johnson remain sidelined, Djibril Cisse might be recalled from the bench. Park Ji-Sung and Alejandro Faurlin are recovered and ready to be reintroduced into the squad if need be.

New signing Tal Ben Haim could be set to make his debut on Saturday.

The visitors made a flying start to the season, but have been in lackluster form of late. Steve Clarke's men have managed just two wins in their last five and, after a spell in the top four earlier this season, now find themselves in seventh position.

The Baggies have lost two consecutive games to Manchester United and Fulham respectively and will be looking for a response at Loftus Road.

Claudio Yacob (hamstring) and Jonas Olsson (groin) are still out with injury and will most certainly miss the trip to London.

George Thorne could be handed the chance to deputise for Yacob, while Gabriel Tamas is likely to keep his place in the side.

Shane Long and Peter Odemwingie are set to return to the starting lineup, after both were rested against Fulham on New Year's Day.
