The top-flight teams finally come into the fray following two rounds involving lower-league opposition, with this weekend's tie marking a rematch of the league clash between the pair at the beginning of December.

The Swans had emerged shock victors in that one, with Michu inspiring his team to a 2-0 victory at the Emirates Stadium, while the Welsh outfit also came out on top of the Liberty Stadium encounter last January.

However, Michael Laudrup's side have managed just two wins from their last seven matches in all competitions, while the Gunners are unbeaten in their last four, winning three and drawing the other, a 1-1 result at Southampton this week.

In team news, Neil Taylor proves to be Swansea's only absentee, with a fractured ankle expected to keep the defender sidelined for the rest of the season.

Laudrup has an otherwise fully fit squad to choose from, with Danny Graham looking to maintain his fine goal-scoring form following two in his last two.

For Arsenal, manager Arsene Wenger is unlikely to risk Lukasz Fabianski (ankle), while Vito Mannone's illness means he is left with only one recognisable goalkeeper at his disposal in Wojciech Szczesny.

Abou Diaby (thigh) and Andre Santos (abdominal) remain long-term casualties, while Marouane Chamakh is not expected to play after reportedly opening talks with West Ham over a potential January switch across London.
