In hot conditions in Soweto, the Orlando Pirates man managed to complete a testing session, despite having missed Thursday's workout.
Belgium-based attacker Ayanda Patosi, who also missed Thursday's session, has unfortunately been forced to withdraw from the team.
Two other European-based players - Anele Ngcongca and Siyanda Xulu, who arrived on Thursday night, were also put through their paces by Gordon Igesund and his assistant Serame Letsoaka.
The final 23-man Africa Cup of Nations 2013 squad will be announced on Sunday 30 December, at the Southern Sun Monte Casino Hotel in Fourways at 3pm.
