The Dutchman has been heavily linked with a move to the London-based club, as he has fallen out of favour at Inter.
Sneijder has only featured eight times this season and he last featured for the Nezzurri in September, due to an ongoing contract dispute with the club.
The latest rumours have linked the playmaker with a move to White Hart Lane but his agent was quick to dispel such notions.
"There is nothing, absolutely nothing true about that." Sneijder's agent told dutch newspaper Algemeen Dagblad.
Clubs such as Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked with the 28-year-old playmaker recently.
