Roberto Mancini believes Manchester City "have a much better team" than Manchester United despite United sitting six points clear of them at the Premier League summit.

Sunday's 3-2 derby defeat to the Red Devils could go a long way in deciding the final outcome of City's season.
And despite what the league table looks like, manager Mancini is adamant that his side are superior and play a better brand of football.
"Things aren't going well but I know we will still have a great year," said the Italian. "United have more experience but we have a much better team and play much better football.
"Six points is not a big difference with 24 games still to play.
"We need to try and win five or six games in a row to try and reduce the gap."
