The Gunners head into the last-eight tie on the back of a morale-boosting 2-0 victory over West Brom in the Premier League on Saturday, but take on a League Two outfit that have already claimed the scalp of a top-flight team in the cup, having seen off Wigan in October.

Phil Parkinson's side also boast the best home defensive record in League Two, having conceded just six times in 11 matches this season.

In team news, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is once again expected to field a youthful team, as has been his modus operandi in the League Cup for many a season.

Definitely out are injured trio Abou Diaby (thigh), Laurent Koscielny (thigh) and Theo Walcott (calf), but Aaron Ramsey is expected to get a start, along with the recently returned Tomas Rosicky.

Santi Cazorla and Jack Wilshere, meanwhile, are expected to be rested.
