The Serie A champions travel to the Donbass Arena on Wednesday as they look to seal qualification to the round of 16.
Juve midfielder Pirlo wants nothing other than a win and says the Italians will not look to do anyone any favours.
"We want to win the group and I am sure Shakhtar do as well," the Italy international told Sky Sports.
"Any talk of playing for a draw is not true of any of the players here at Juventus and I am sure it is not true of the Shakhtar players.
"We have no duty to help Chelsea, but we have a duty to ourselves and to our fans to try and win the group.
"You will not get two easy games whoever you face in the last 16."
The Bianconeri currently sit in second in group E with nine points, one behind group leaders Shakhtar and two ahead of Chelsea.
A draw on Wednesday would be enough to send both Juve and their midweek oppenents through to the knockout stages.
The Blues still have a chance to go progress to the next round, but need to win their match against Nordsjaelland and hope that Juve lose in Ukraine.
