Reports emerged in the Italian media that the 23-year-old could be sent out on loan to Corinthians in January after he recently voiced his displeasure at a lack of game time with the Rossoneri this season.
Pato reportedly threatened to quit the Serie A giants after their 3-1 victory over Anderlecht in the UEFA Champions League last week, when he came off the bench to score his side's third goal.
His representative, Gilmar Veloz, scheduled a meeting with the club on Wednesday after Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi had described the Brazil international as "a problem" at the weekend.
However, Veloz has denied the South American ace is looking to leave the San Siro following positive discussions with vice-president Adriano Galliani.
The agent told O Tempo: "Pato is doing well in Europe, he doesn't need to return to Brazil. He has 18 months left on his contract, it's unthinkable that an expensive player like him would be loaned out.
"When there is something concrete, we can talk. But right now, he is happy at Milan."
