Beckham is preparing to play his last game on US soil, the MLS Cup Final, after announcing that he would listen to offers to find his 'final challenge' earlier this month.
The midfielder joined Galaxy in 2007 and led them to their third MLS title last season and is now preparing to win their fourth on Saturday.
Keane, who will play alongside Beckham in the final against Houston Dynamo, believes that the former Manchester United star can still play at the top level for several more years.
"His ability on the ball is the best I've seen - his passing in particular," the Irishman told Sky Sports News.
"He has definitely a few years left in him. He still has the hunger."
Keane admitted, though, that he wasn't too sure where the former England captain might end up.
"He wants to go and try to win a league somewhere else - I'm not really too sure."
