Tito Vilanova's men currently top the Primera Division with 34 points from 12 matches, three points ahead of Atletico Madrid.

Los Rojiblancos host Sevilla several hours earlier, with a win for Diego Simeone's side set to put the pressure firmly on Barca.

However, the unbeaten Catalans have been in rampant form in Spain, having dispatched Real Zaragoza 3-1 last Saturday to mark their 11th win of the domestic season.

The four-time European champions also came away from Spartak Moscow in midweek with a comfortable 3-0 victory to secure their spot in the last 16 of the Champions League.

Meanwhile, the fourth-placed Granotas managed an impressive 2-0 win at Deportivo la Coruna last time out and will fancy their chances against the Blaugrana.

In team news, defenders Marc Bartra and Adrian Coreira, as well as winger Alexis Sanchez, remain Barca's only injury concerns.

The absence of the defensive duo, though, will have Vilanova praying Carles Puyol and Gerard Pique hold up after their recent returns from their respective lay-offs.

Dani Alves showed no signs of his injury niggles in Russia with the Brazil full-back having netted a goal and is likely to continue.
