Mokotjo played his first game for the senior national team against Mozambique two months ago.
Feyenoord club's technical director Martin van Geel has according to the Sowetan stated that the 21-year-old Mokotjo, who can play at right back or in midfield, is not wanted at the club by coach Ronald Koeman.
"We don't want to hire him out, he is already past that stage of his career where he need to go out on loan to get more experience.
"For Mokotjo it is important that his career gets a new impetus with a move to another club," Van Geel said.
"Mokotjo has played at Feyenoord for a long time but just not broken through. He had previously also been loaned to Excelsior. It's better if he leaves."
Mokotjo has not featured in Gordon Igesund's plans since the match against the Black Mambas.
