The defending champions head Group E having taken seven points from their opening four matches, while Juve are a further point adrift in third place.

The Blues were disappointed to draw 2-2 with the Bianconeri in the reverse fixture on September 19 after they opened up a two-goal lead at Stamford Bridge.

Roberto Di Matteo admits his leaky defence is a cause for concern ahead of the trip to Turin after seeing them ship six goals in the competition so far, while his side conceded twice in a 2-1 defeat at West Brom on Saturday.

However, the Italian continues to be without captain John Terry due to the knee injury he sustained against Liverpool, although he could welcome back left-back Ashley Cole from a hamstring problem.

Di Matteo might be tempted to make further changes to his back-line, with David Luiz's place under threat following an abject showing against the Baggies, which could see Branislav Ivanovic return in central defence and Cesar Azpilicueta retaining his spot at right-back.

Oscar, Juan Mata and Ramires could also feature after being rested for the Hawthorns encounter at the weekend, while Fernando Torres may find himself relegated to the bench after looking out of sorts in the loss to Albion.

The Serie A champions will have Andrea Pirlo available for the midweek European tie after the veteran midfielder sat out Saturday's goalless draw with Lazio through suspension. Paul Pogba is expected to make way for the Italy international.

Sebastian Giovinco could also start on the bench after he failed to impress against the Biancocelesti, with Alessandro Matri and Nicklas Bendtner pushing for starts up front.

Meanwhile, Mirko Vucinic continues to be hampered by the injury he picked up in the defeat to Inter Milan, while Paolo De Cegile is still recovering from a thigh problem.
