Before Moratti's tirade, the Nerazzurri had vowed to carry out a period of media silence, but this proved to be short-lived after the turning down of what appeared to be a legitimate penalty proved too much to bear for the 67-year-old oil tycoon.
Coupled with this, Inter coach Andrea Stramaccioni was sent to the stands for his protests regarding the incident in which Andrea Ranocchia appeared to be brought down in the box.
If the penalty had been given and converted, it would have proved decisive as Stramaccioni's side ended up dropping two points as the final result stayed at 1-1.
And Moratti could not hold back, telling his club's official website: "Fortunately, we won in Turin (against Juventus) thanks to the grace of God.
"I do not like the attitude of the referees and they stopped us from getting the result today. I cannot just stay silent as I have to point out the injustice."
Moratti added, referring to the 'Calciolopi' scandal in which Juve were demoted to Serie B for bribing match officials: "I would hate to return to certain situations we have had in the past.
"There is no plot against us, it's just that the referees are incapable of doing their jobs properly.
"The penalty was as clear as day. There are certain pundits who try to save face by pretending it wasn't a penalty.
"But if that wasn't a penalty then I don't know what is."
