The midfielder picked up a knock during his side's 1-1 draw with Chelsea on Sunday and went for a scan as a precautionary measure. The results of the scan were positive and Gerrard will now head to Sweden with the rest of the squad.
The 32-year-old is set to make his 100th appearance for the Three Lions in Stockholm.
