Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho hailed his players' resilience following the atrocious conditions in the 2-1 win at Levante on Sunday.

With the pitch waterlogged, a passing game was almost impossible but Real snatched victory courtesy of a late winner by substitute Alvaro Morata.
Cristiano Ronaldo sustained a nasty blow to the eye but resumed playing and scored Los Blancos' first of the night.
And Mourinho, was left delighted with the character his team displayed, with the victory ensuring his side remain eight points behind La Liga leaders Barcelona.
"It was a difficult match for everyone," Mourinho told a news conference.
"We adapted to the conditions and it was an honest battle between serious people who gave everything in search of a result.
"The team had to draw on all its character and strength and we were deserved winners. I had never won here and they are three extremely important points."
