The Swans have been put to the ultimate test over the past two weeks with the side having narrowly lost to Premier League champions Manchester City last weekend before seeing off Liverpool at Anfield in the Capital One Cup in midweek.
And this weekend's draw against the reigning Champions League holders has Laudrup brimming with pride, the manager telling Sky Sports of their recent results: "Very good, very important.
"The champions last Saturday, Liverpool at Anfield and then the European champions today. I think it was three really good performances."
Summer signing Pablo Hernandez was the hero for the hosts as he cancelled out Victor Moses' opener, and Laudrup says he is delighted with the way his side are coming together.
"It is great," he said "You know when people, especially foreigners, come in, they need some time to adapt, because it is another way of football and another culture.
"I am very pleased for the new players and even more pleased for the team and the club, because it has been an important week.
"There is a lot to be proud of if you are a fan of us."
