The Nigeria Professional Football League side are currently preparing for the start of the new campaign on March 9, and head into this weekend's friendly on the back of a 3-1 success over Wikki Tourists.
"After last week's 3-1 victory against Wikki Tourists, we're determined to stretch the winning run against Sunshine Stars on Saturday," Agbaji told SuperSport.
"We're expecting a tough challenge from Sunshine Stars that will help us prepare adequately both for the league and the Confederation Cup.
"We've learnt our lesson at the Super Four tournament which exposed few lapses. We've worked on the loopholes and are now in top shape. We'll be the team to beat this season."
