The teams could not be separated after 120 minutes of action at the Tuks Stadium, with Cuthbert Malajila firing home the winning spot-kick in the shoot-out.

David Radebe successfully converted the opening penalty kick for AmaTuks in the shoot-out, although Delron Buckley replied in kind for the Team of Choice.

Mamadou Niang was next up for the home side but saw Shu-Aib Walters save his effort, while Mohammad Awal put Ernst Middendorp's men in front.

Thokozani Sekotlong then fired his effort wide of the mark as Terrance Mandaza put United 3-1 up, and although Aubrey Ngoma was able to successful convert, Malajila made no mistake to put his side through.
