After over a month out of action due to South Africa's hosting of the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations, the top flight returns this week with a clash between two of the country's heavyweights.
Pirates, though, could have done without the break as they went 10 games without a loss to climb to second in the standings on 34 points, just two behind bitter rivals Kaizer Chiefs.
A win over Matsatsantsa in Soweto for the Buccaneers would move them into pole position after Chiefs played to a goalless draw at Mamelodi Sundowns on Tuesday.
"For the boys playing in Orlando is like realising a dream and all of them want to do well when playing there," De Sa told the club's official website.
"The atmosphere is great and preparations have gone very well, I am confident that the players are ready for any challenge."
He added: "We have had a lot of practice matches and the team played very well.
"We registered a couple of wins from those matches which obviously raises the confidence of the team, so I am confident that we have done enough to carry on with our mission in the league for the rest of the season."
