The two nations clashed in the first round in a group stage match that ended 1-1, but this time there will be a winner.
The Stallions had to beat tournament favourites Ghana via a penalty shoot-out in the semi-finals to reach the final of the African showcase, while the Super Eagles thrashed Mali in their semi-final encounter.
Nigeria will be the overwhelming favourites, while little is being said about the Stallions chances, nevertheless, Dagano believes they have a good chance.
"I believe the spirit in the team is very high and I think we deserve to be in the final," the 32-year old said. "It is all down to hard work that we are here. We will do our best to win this final.
"If Nigeria are favourites then anything can happen and we could be lucky too."
