The final will take place at the National Stadium in Johannesburg and are overwhelming favourites for the continental title, which they last won in 1994.
Moses was taken off as a precaution in the semi-final win against Mali on Wednesday evening, but team official Ben Alaiya confirmed that Moses is ready for the game.
"I can say 100 percent that Moses will play the final. He was sharp and quick in training yesterday (Saturday)," he said. "He may not start, but he could still come in. He shouldn't be ruled out completely, but in case he does not make it, we have capable replacements.
"Ikechukwu Uche was our leading scorer in the qualifiers and he could have a chance to prove himself as he has been mostly on the bench.
"We also have Ahmed Musa, who has also not been starting, and Brown Ideye."
Kickoff for the final is at 8pm on Sunday.
