The 22-year old speedster raised concerns about being injured after contributing to two of the goals on Wednesday afternoon.
After the game he confirmed that the damage was not as serious as he first thought and vowed to play in the final against Burkina Faso - Nigeria's first final since 2000.
"I am fit to play. It wasn't anything serious and I look forward to playing in the final," he said.
The Super Eagles finished runners-up at the AFCON in 1984, 1988, 1990 and 2000 and have won the bronze medal seven times.
"It is always a team effort and I am happy that I could add value in my team. It is not about scores but making the team happy and winning," he said.
"We have worked so hard to be here, and we are hoping that we win this cup. Every player is positive and we are looking forward to give it our all."
There were also concerns regarding striker Emmanuel Emenike who appeared to hurt his thigh after unleashing a powerful shot late in the game. Nigerian officials have, however, revealed that the Spartak Moscow striker's injury is also only a minor knock and he should be ready for the final on Sunday.
