Daouda Diakite: The goalkeeper made some excellent saves to keep his side in the match, most notably when one-on-one with Emmanuel Adebayor. 8/10
Mohamed Koffi: Had an excellent game for the Stallions, was effective in defence and when pushing forward - one of his side's most consistent performers. 8/10
Paul Koulibaly: A assured presence in defence for Burkina Faso, he made some very important tackles on the night. 7/10
Bakary Kone: Worked well in tandem with Koulibaly - even more assured and composed at the back for the semi-finalists. 7/10
Saidou Panandetiguiri: Had an excellent game - a big powerful defender who saved his side with a goalline clearance. 7/10
Djakaridja Kone: Effective and solid with a super passing range, Kone often played his side out of trouble with a pinpoint pass. 6/10
Issouf Ouattara: Was a willing runner until his substitution on 65 minutes, provided a number of telling balls forward. 6/10
Charles Kabore: Was excellent in spells, although he went quiet during the game as well, but popped up when needed with the corner that led to the winning goal. 7/10
Wilfried Sanou: Another solid performance from him, as he bombed down the flanks time after time delivering good crosses. 6/10
Moumouni Dagano: Superb performance up front for Burkina Faso, played as a target man holding up the ball well while also bringing others into play. 8/10
Jonathan Pitroipa: The match winner, Pitroipa is the Stallions' star player and he put in a star performance, capped with a vital goal. 9/10
Substitutes
Florent Rouamba: Replaced Pitroipa for the second period of extra-time and did well to solidify the Stallions' midfield. 7/10
Abdoulrazak Traore: Was full of running when he came on and his fresh legs saw him win a number of free-kicks. 6/10
Prejuce Nakoulma: Also added some much needed energy when he came on, was fairly quiet although did well bringing others into play. 5/10
Togo
Kossi Agassa: Had a very good game in goal for Togo - didn't have too much to do but commanded his area well. 6/10
Abdoul-Gafar Mamah: Solid in defence and excellent in his forays forward for Togo. 7/10
Vincent Bossou: Had a very solid game in defence, won most of his headers and also provided some good balls for Adebayor to run on to. 7/10
Dare Nibombe: A quieter game for him, perhaps aided by the excellent performances of his team-mates around him, but made few errors. 6/10
Dakonam Djene: Was immense in the first-half as he broke up wave after wave of Burkina Faso attacks - tired as the game wore on. 6/10
Komi Amewou: Had a solid if uninspired match, seemed to get stronger the game went on. Gave nothing less than 100 percent. 6/10
Serge Akakpo: Took a blow to the head and eye early on but you wouldn't have known from his all-action performance, and never-say-die attitude. 8/10
Alaixys Romao: A very stylish player who is not afraid to tackle, Romao had a superb game as he provided the link between defence and attack. 7/10
Serge Gakpe: Was excellent for Togo with his driving runs and crosses, he linked up well with the attackers although ultimately was unable to provide a match-winning pass. 7/10
Emmanuel Adebayor: Had a great game but was just unable to break down Burkina Faso. Threatened for the whole match and also provided some excellent passes as he held up the ball and brought team-mates into play. 8/10
Floyd Ayite: Another excellent game, provided numerous crosses for his team-mates to feed off and was denied getting on the scoresheet by some staunch defending. 7/10
Dove Wome: Had just a few minutes, rarely touched the ball.
Moustapha Salifou: Had a few seconds on the pitch, probably didn't touch the ball.
Kossi Segbefia: Second-half substitute who made an impact, tried his luck from range on occassion while running at defenders. 6/10
