Kiritsho Kasusula: Was mostly solid in defence apart from the goal. Didn't give Samassa too much to work with after conceding. 6/10
Mpeko Issama: Partnered well with Kasasula, didn't do too much wrong apart from going missing for the goal. 6/10

Yves Ilunga: Was a bright spark throughout the match, got forward well and combined with Mbokani pretty well. 7/10

Dieumerci Mbokani: Was mostly disappointing apart from scoring the penalty early on. 6/10
Lomana LuaLua: Was largely disappointing, he would feel that he could have done more before leaving the field. 5/10

Deo Kanda: Was largely a passenger for the last 10 minutes. 5/10

Seydou Keita: Put in a Man of the Match performance. Won some key midfield battles and led his country to the next round. 8/10
Mohamed Sissoko: Was fighting hard in the middle of the park, but gave away too many fouls. Will be disappointed to be injured. 5/10
