Mali coach Patrice Carteron is hoping that Samba Diakite and Modibo Maiga will be declared fit for the 2013 AFCON clash with Ghana.

Diakite played in the first Group B match against Niger which Mali won 1-0 thanks to a 84th minute strike from captain Seydou Keita.
But Maiga, who plays for Westham United, was an unused substitute, however, with close to 40 caps can still be a vital cog for the Malians.
"We are waiting for them to be given the green-light to play. They are showing positive signs at training and we can only take a decision on them after Wednesday's training," said Carteron.
At the 2012 AFCON Mali beat Ghana 2-0 in the third/fourth place game.
Kickoff is at 5pm on Thursday at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
