The side earned their promotion to the country's top-flight league after winning the Western Zone of Division One last term, and have already brought in six new faces with the start of the new campaign set to kickoff in February.

Shimanyula says they are still in the market for a few more players, but hope to have all their transfer dealings done by next week.

"We are almost done acquiring new players and hopefully by Friday next week (18 January), we should have a full squad ready for action," he told SuperSport.

"We know that there is very little time between now and the time the league kicks off and therefore we do not intend to spend a lot of time looking for players at the expense of making proper preparations."

The players already brought in ahead of the new campaign are John Waw, Wellingtone Murwayi, Griffin Amatala, Elly Otuoma, Andrew Kulecho and Moses Mudavadi.
